Bourne Supremacy -- poor filmmaking?

Who else here thinks The Bourne Supemacy was ruined by the choices the filmmaker made? I just "watched" it on DVD. Ugh. Almost unwatchable. Truly God-awful editing style.

Jerky cameras. (steadycam broken?)
Poor continuity. (no script supervisor?)

They filmed/edited it MTV style -- there might have been an interesting story filmed at cool locations, but who cared? I didn't. Shakey cameras and ultra-quick edited clips of mismatched continuity shots from locations seemingly selected at random does not make a good film or does it? Apparently reviewers loved this turkey. How about you?
